Dore Lake is classified as a world class hunting & fishing destination! Our camp is easily accessible by road which saves our guests on those added costs that fly-in camps incur. We run a smaller amount of bear allocations every year which helps our territory to preserve a healthy population and gives our hunters more opportunities to harvest quality bears.
Our Northern Saskatchewan experience is one you need to see to believe. Our scenic wilderness backdrop is the perfect canopy to attract that monster bear you are seeking. We are known for our black bear populations but we have a vast number of color phase to add to the variety including, cinnamon, blonde and brown.
We look to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and to grow the love of Dore Lake to the next generation of hunters and fishermen. We look forward to sharing the beauty and tranquility of Dore Lake with those who choose to explore our destination since 1957.

Join us for our Hunting & Fishing Package We offer guided black bear hunting for Spring and Fall in Northern Saskatchewan Canada with trophy Walleye & Northern Pike fishing included with the package. Hunts run Sun(check-in) through Friday(check-out). Observer Fee applies to take place in the participation of the hunt. Our stands are double wide to allow friends or family to watch. Here at Dore Lake Lodge we offer some of the best bear hunting opportunities you could ask for. With miles of area offering secluded sites and scenic backdrops the chances of landing your trophy bear are very high. The black bear, chocolate and blondes have been inhabiting the area of Dore Lake for quite some time which provides our customers with the choice of bear they hope to encounter for a hunt. Our fully guided experience provides guests with the assurance they will be with you every step of the way to a successful hunt. Please contact us for current availability. Up to 5 days of a guided hunt (if required) and 3 days of fishing (optional) 21' Gimli lodge boat will be provided along with a fishing guide We offer Spring or Fall hunts depending on your preference!

Large mature forest areas offer the canopy our bears need to thrive, grow and mature. The vast wilderness of our part of Northern Saskatchewan enables hunters to immerse themselves in the parts of Dore not everyone gets to see. We offer a number of different stand locations to ensure our guests have an opportunity to harvest the right trophy for them. Our double wide stands are accessible by quad or side x sides depending on location. You & the guide can decide which location best suits the type of hunt and bear you are looking for. After harvesting your trophy there is plenty of opportunity to cast a line in one of Saskatchewans largest trophy lakes. Dore is know for its large Northern Pike and oversized Walleye.
