I am sorry he did not shoot a trophy buck. I did pick up 3- 24 packs of Bud Light cans out of the cabin. These people had ZERO chance of seeing deer. I'd say 95% of the people who take the time to do reviews/give feedback are not successful. They are not jerks. Drinking is certainly fine. They were just not successful. I do hate it when people are not successful.

- Our deer hunting ranch is about hunting and a connection with the outdoors. There are many great outfitters to choose from; it’s a difficult process. I will make it simple - we do not offer all the great services others do.
- We put in the work in the off-season on the 8-9 food plots and fill 5 auto-corn feeders nearly year-round. You show up and do the work of hunting. We do not walk you to your stands or cook food for you.
- The catch is that you just get the benefits of my deer management expertise indirectly. Our property is done to the best of any standard when it comes to food plots and not allowing kids and grand-kids on the property riding side-by-side in the off-season.
- I am a school teacher by day, so responding to any questions cannot get done until after 4pm. People ask if there are veteran discounts, and I politely say everyone gets one since I am a veteran who keeps things reasonably priced.
- You’ll be provided a map that show trails to access all the food plots, ladders stand locations on most food plots, elevated box blinds, 5 auto feeder locations, what's in each food plot, where the ladder stands are at on food plots, cabin location, etc.
- My lodging is not high-end. It’s basically a permanent spike camp/glorified camping with heat, gas cookstove, and a gas grill outside, with the basics and you feel like you’re out in rugged deer hunting country.
- Quality deer and land management is key for our Bluegrass state to continue the excellent hunting culture we currently boast.
- 1 buck per hunter is state law and Kentucky's gun season in most zones is only around 14 days!

Compound Bows are welcome to book this hunt as well. You would be hunting on your choice of 11+ different locations on the hunting grounds, 9-11 food plots with a few feeders, and 2 other area with just auto-corn feeders within bow range. 125" minimum trophy rule. We do not mix strangers. Ladder stands are set on most food plots with a few plastic box blinds around. Primitive cabin (glorified camping with heat) is free to use and has a bunkbed, 2 lofts with mattresses above small living area, gas heat, battery lanterns, gas cookstove inside, gas grill outside, etc. Basic camp stuff (paper products/pans) will be there. There is a deer cart at the cabin in case you do not have a 4-wheeler or side-by-side. -No hidden fees -No trophy fees -Can book as a single hunter up to 4 hunters. Since this is not guided, it's nice when 2 buddies book just for a piece of mind for me. Upon booking, you'll be sent a map of all trails, locations to each food plot, what is in each food plot, where feeders and stands are, cabin location, etc. You may bring a 4-wheeler to pull your deer out to where we field dress deer. The work has been done, now you just need to hunt! If you prefer guides, they are an excellent resource, but that's just not what we offer. The unique thing about us is we own our land - we do not lease random pieces of property. We just do not walk you to stands or cook food for you - I am a school teacher during the hunting season.

For nearly 15 years I’ve been working this property to produce the best Kentucky deer hunt for me and my friends possible. This whitetail deer hunting property has been designed as if God himself wanted to hunt this land. It’s about a 155 acre piece of deer hunting paradise tucked away off the road, behind other wooded properties. This property is manicured year-round for world-class Kentucky whitetail hunting and I leave it alone during hunting season. It's all yours to enjoy with just your private party (2-4 hunters). It is 95% wooded with the other 8+ acres scattered in small huntable kill plots throughout the Kentucky trophy deer property.

Deer Hunting Cabin
It's a small but quaint hunting cabin. It's well insulated with an overall dimension of 16X24 plus a front porch. A slider window is on the back wall so that you can over look a clover food plot should you decide to stay in the cabin for a sitting. Furnishings to Expect: pull out couch, bunk beds, chairs / table, gas cooking stove, gas heat, gas lights, basic cooking utensils & throw away plates/cups, etc. Sleeping bags, pillows. You get to use an outhouse at deer camp! It's in the sticks; no running water. $60 motel is 20 minutes away if you'd like. We are all about Kentucky whitetail hunting and keeping prices down for an affordable Kentucky trophy deer. Bring a quiet generator if you'd like to run the flat screen and DVD player. All hunts have a 2 person minimum to book, but email to make sure.

If you need to cancel 60 days prior to your arrival, give me a heads up. Your reserved hunt is valuable, and I can likely sell it for the same price you paid. I will give you the money. If the government were to put troops up on the borders not allowing interstate travel due to a quarantine mandate/travel ban, etc., we would use your money for the following year. Make sure to buy your licenses asap. I guarantee them for 2 weeks after you book your hunt - I wouldn't sell a hunt that you could not buy a license for over the counter. Historically, you can show up the day before your hunt from Japan/California and buy your license over the counter at Wal-Mart. You can buy them online as well.

No deer
Price
In 3 days I saw no deer or had any deer come to the 4 trail cameras and bait that I had out. The accommodations are a 15x20 shed with a portable propane tank heater, a toilet chair with a broken post hole cutter for a bathroom and a Coleman camp stove. Livable, but not what I expected.

Excellent hunting experience
This was the best hunting experiences I've had and I went all by myself on top of it. Owner: James, was completely polite and useful and helped me out with butchers and taxidermists. And it came in useful after my shooting a 192 ¹⁰/¹⁶" antler buck! I've been hunting for a dozen years and this by sure was my number 1 life experience. Not just the deer and other animal sightings alone, but just the home feeling vibes and the excitement while my driving there, and this is coming from me a guy all the way from New York.
I'm not a big fan of the old school cabin in the hunt property, but I'm new fashioned. Besides there's a hotel about 30 minutes nearby.

Oct Bow Hunt
We enjoyed the primitive cabin and being out in the woods away from cell service.. Great time with my son and nephew.
Be sure to read all the reviews. The property he had us hunting was not the property in the pictures, food plots and the deer herd certainly did not match up. No corn in the feeders, just dumped out a bag a day or two before we arrived to hunt. I guess my words stand true, you get what you pay for...
