Аннуляции

• Cancellations are subject to 3 calendar months’ notice in writing.
• • No deposit is refundable should the hunt be cancelled. The hunt can be postponed to a later date limited to 12 calendar months from the date of deposit received. All permit costs incurred must be paid in full. Should a permit expire when the hunt resumes at a future date and new permits must be issued, the cost will be for the client account in addition to the normal cost of the safari,
• • When re-booked for the following calendar year, the new price list will apply.
• • Observers. Hunters and species cancelled on an existing quotation will revert to a new quote and the loss of income will be deducted from the deposit.

• If not recovered during the hunt must be paid for in full. 15% VAT to be paid on lost animals.
