One of the more beautiful deer species around, Fallow deer are the only deer species with 4x natural colour variations with any two parents capable of producing any of the 4x colour offspring. During the rut they can be extremely aggressive towards other deer often fighting to exhaustion and death or chasing much bigger species of deer out of their area. They are alert, agile and absolute speed freaks, add to this the fact they are the only other deer species besides moose with palmated antlers and you have one very unique and most impressive trophy. Being grazers and living almost entirely off pasture/grass, Fallow deer are right at home in open hill country and farm land. With a more temperate climate than southern NZ our Auckland block grows grass like there's no tomorrow meaning our resident fallow herds are much the same, "Big numbers and Big Bucks". Whether it be a chocolate or common, menil or white coloured buck, a bronze, silver or gold medal, possibly elite, its likely we have the perfect buck for you. Looking to rest up before or after your day hunt with us? Our on-site Lodge is available to hire per night with all the comforts of home including hot tub and outdoor fireplace. We can even supply our chef with enough notice.

Upon arrival at the airport for a multi-day stay you will be met by the outfitter and transferred to our ranch. All 1x day hunts the hunter is to make their own way to our hunting grounds unless organized prior.

Excellent hunting experience
It is an amazing property you get to hunt on. Andrews property is suitable for every person whether you are disabled or in great shape. There is mountain to hike or flatter areas to walk in if you are not I. The best of shape or have a disability. I personally saw multiple species of animals of all different sizes that can be hunted. The guides are top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a chance to go hunt with Andrew at adventure hunting. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing hunt, Beautiful country. Awesome animal!
This was a professional and well guided hunt. They were knowledgeable about where the animals would be. You could tell they had put in a lot of time and effort to pattern animals. They knew a lot about the country that we were in. They knew about plants and animals, and we're able to answer a lot of questions. First rate equipment. Excellent skills. These are the kind of guys that you want to come and hunt with!
