Hunts are 5 days. We have a very good population of bears on our hunting lease, as well as some brown and blonde color phase bears. We do not put a lot of pressure on our bears, so you will see several bears every night (as many as 8 to 10 per night is not uncommon, with some clients seeing over 15 in one night). Since we only hunt bears in the evenings, you have plenty of time to go fishing! Our lake has Walleye, Northern pike and Burbot. Extra charges for fully guided fishing. Please contact for more information. Hunt Price is $4000 plus taxes.

First Class

Greg and the Crew have a first class operation at Chaparral. Everything was awesome including the accommodations, meals, stands and game. I saw countless deer everyday including multiple bucks. Even though I ate a tag sandwich at the end it was fair chase hunting at its best!! I chose to pass several bucks that will definitely be shooters next year and hopefully will be there when I return. I am booked for 2020 and definitely looking forward to it!!

Guides couldn't be more helpful or courteous and knowledgeable -the food was over the top from home soup to main course to incredible desert-accomodations were immaculate with your own room and comfortable sitting room for TV and new friendship's -equipment was All new or same shape as new (atv,utv, snowmobile) the treestands are all custom made and comfortable you could jump or hang from them and not budge and the outfitter makes this the best hunt you can book for your hunt wether it's bear or deer he gives you his absolute best effort on both -I know this because I did both hunts this year

I wouldn't want the outfitter to know but I had a hard time bringing my gear outside to leave it's too long in life to have to wait for such a great time and such a great outfit.
