- Located in the Afton, IA area we operate through nearly 2500 acres of beautiful and well managed Iowa land, and are located in zone 4.
- *We take pride in being able to offer the best quality deer for our clients. In doing so we enforce a strict minimum score of a 130” deer. Those that fail to meet the minimum score will face a $1000 dollar penalty. No exceptions are made to this.*

About this hunt
Hunts We Offer; All hunts include lodging and meals. Custom hunt length options are available, contact us to plan and price a custom hunt! Hunters will arrive the day before their hunt after 12:00 pm and leave the day after their last hunt before 12:00 pm. All guests that fail to arrive after 12:00 pm or leave before 12:00 pm will be charged at the rate of $150 dollars per day. Requirements for Non-residents of Iowa To hunt in Iowa as a non-resident, particularly in Zone 4, ensure you meet these requirements: Mandatory Licenses and Fees: Hunting License: $131.00 (ages 18+). Habitat Fee: $15.00. General Deer License: $498.00 or Antlerless-Only License: $266.50. Optional Preference Point: $60.50 Application Period: May 3 – June 1: Apply for General Deer/Antlerless-Only licenses via GoOutdoorsIowa.com. July 26: Excess licenses, if available, are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. October 26th- November 20, 2025 are part of the Rut, and will be at the higher rate of $5200 during the rut.

We’re all about giving hunters an awesome experience, with carefully managed food plots, smartly placed stands, and comfortable box blinds and tree stands that up your chances of a successful hunt. We’re passionate about keeping our land in top-notch shape for wildlife, and when you’re done in the field, our comfy and clean lodging is the perfect place to kick back and unwind. To complete your stay, our kitchen serves up delicious home-cooked meals.

The Barn
The Barn is 5100 sq. ft. It has 6 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a king in the basement. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 twin beds in each. Each room has their own private bathrooms. There is a large gathering area in the basement and a poker table to hang out. There is also a spacious living room on the main floor as well as a very large kitchen with a professional stove that has two attached dining areas with an amazing view of the property and one of the several ponds on the property. There are also 2 large parklike grass areas for hanging out complete with a fire pit and barbecue right off the kitchen. Plenty of parking and outdoor outlets to charge accessories and boats.

Main lodging located in Afton Iowa All transportation to and from the Airport is available by the outfitter when arriving at Des Moines International Airport. Clients can also fly into Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Ne and Kansas City International Airport/Kansas City, MO but will be responsible for their own transportation to property.
