More about us
Our company was established in 2005 and operates in 1 territory.
Owned and operated by Mike Hawkridge and Shawn Murray and together they offer some of the most memorable outdoor experiences in western Canada. Together, they offer over 50 years of hunting and guiding experience. The result of years of campfire talks and planning, this is truly the duo’s dream operation. Mike and Shawn operate an extra ordinary outfit in one of the very best hunting areas in the province. This power house team will always do their best to over deliver. If it can be done in the outdoors, chances are these two have done it. Spending time in the backcountry with these two characters will not soon be forgotten!

About this hunt
A one hunter per one guide (1 on 1) hunt. This type of hunt can be more tailored to fit the clients wishes. It is more advantageous for clients looking for a multi-species hunt or if there is something distinct that the client is hoping to find, such as a 6 points or better ELK. Rocky Mountain elk are very plentiful within our area, and the restrictive 6 point rule ensures quality trophy hunts for big bull elk. The habitat is especially good and the access is challenging, further ensuring our world-class hunts for the magnificent elk. We hunt elk during the rut, with spot and stalk as well as calling producing the biggest bulls. Our guides know how to call elk! We use horses, hiking, 4×4’s, boats, and just about any other legal means to ensure the hunt’s success. In addition, our tree stands can increase opportunity and success.

Lots of bears!
My guide was knowledgeable and fun to hunt with. Saw an average of 6-8 bears a day.
Rut hadn't kicked in yet.
