About this hunt
Western Cape Karoo marksman hunt best of both world mountains and plains. These hunts will take place on our hunting area in the Karoo mountain ranges from our luxury Karoo camp situated close to the Leeu-Gamka dam with rolling mountains are far as the eye can see using the luxury camp which will act as base camp-about 3.5 Hours drive from Cape Town. Included in the hunt: - 6 nights 7 full hunting days - 1x Grey Rhebuck - 1x Black Springbuck - 1x Common Springbuck - 1x Copper Springbuck - 1x White Springbuck - Full catering and drinks (water, soft drinks, local beer and wine in moderation) - Services of a registered and licensed professional hunter and experienced trackers and skinners - Pick up and drop off at Cape Town international Airport . - Transportation on the hunting area and recovery of trophies with fully equipped hunting Vehicles. - Transportation of trophies to local taxidermy. Hunting Method and Terrain: We will use hunting vehicle to locate tracks or game and proceed from there on foot. The hunting area is a mixture of mountains and flat open scrubland typical dry Karoo vegetation. Shooting Distances can vary between 150 yards to 250 y. Hard hunting on foot in the mountains for Grey Rhebuck. Scanning vantage points , valleys and escarpments to locate our preferred animals then stalking in. A completely different scenario from the springbuck. l which will be hunted on plains Best of both worlds experience the thrill of hunting each of the iconic species in their own environment and test your marksmanship and agility in the hilly environment. Guiding: Our hand picked and highly skilled Ph's will be guiding these hunts on our area to ensure high quality hunt and experience.

Great Hunt

With Sampie as PH I was dealing with a practical and calm man, who has an eye for personal wishes and convictions. Sampie is truly serving and has little ego to get in the way. We laughed a lot, enjoyed great hunting and I experienced the personal approach as a big plus of the trip.
