About this hunt
Outfitter tags are available as if they are over the counter tags, but are only available to Non-Residents of Oregon. We are offering a guided 1x1 Archery Elk Hunt in Oregon. This is a controlled draw unit. This 6-day hunt will transportation once you have arrived in town to and from hunting area. There are multiple options for food and lodging in the nearby town. Hunt method will be mainly spot and stock, calling and blind sitting added in too. This hunt will allow you to chase elk in the rut and should be a fun filled hunting opportunity. We will mainly be using trucks to travel back and forth from hunting areas. Hunters can expect to pursue 5x5 and bigger bulls that will peak out around 330-inch+. Hunters can stay in a wall tent base camp if you want for a small fee. We will not be overfilling camp because this is a guiding operation that is designed for quality hunts over quantity. This is a great opportunity to hunt rutting elk, and enjoy the outdoors with some new found friends. Feel free to call or text with any questions or to start molding this hunt to your needs. You will be the only archery hunter in this unit that I am guiding. We will not hunt this with another client prior to the hunt so the elk should be fresh and ready to play the game. **Tag is included in price. It cost me $848

Walker will work looking for Elk from Sun up to Down. He carried good conversations and a positive attitude. Very well knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have and he has lots of stories.
Nothing I didn’t like, I am ready for my next hunt.
Finds the game
Got us on the game. Knows the region to the extreme detail level. The head guide (Walker) has quality assistants.
Walker hikes hard to get on game. Forgets not all of us can hike that hard.
Not really in touch with game movement and had little to no chance in filling tag.
Guides were good guys but not much contact with the desired animals.
Didn't have opportunities for harvesting animals.
