Argentina Mixed-bag hunting Rio Bravo lodge provides hunters with the opportunity to shoot different species of birds in one place. You can hunt ducks, doves and perdiz without having to change locations. It is in this part of Argentina where all the species of birds legally allowed to hunt are available in great quantities. You can hunt a great variety of ducks which will vary according to the time of the year, whistling ducks, teals and rosey billed are some of the most common in the area. The lodge is surrounded by crops which make for incredible and fun dove shooting. By the Parana River Rio Bravo Lodge is located in the province of Santa Fe, which is only a 1hr flight from Buenos Aires City. The characteristics of this region provide the perfect environment for large quantities of ducks, doves and perdiz. At Rio Bravo you can combine exciting wingshooting with Golden Dorado fishing. The golden dorado has a large head, with powerful jaws filled with sharp teeth. They are known as the river tiger… After you hook a Dorado, the fight begins! ITINERARY Day 1: Morning arrival at local airport (Santa Fe, SFN). Transfer to Rio Bravo Lodge (2hrs). Relax in the afternoon. Day 2: dove hunt (2 activities per day). Day 3: duck hunt (2 activities per day). Day 4: Golden Dorado fishing(2 activities per day). Day 5: duck, dove hunt or fishing (2 activities per day). Day 6: Early breakfast. 11am check out. Departure. *Itineraries may and will vary, subject to scouting reports. *Duck season: May through July, no exceptions.
