Our company was established in 1992 and operates in 1 territory.
- We offer rifle and bow hunting, photographic game drives, San cultural experiences and other activities for hunters and non-hunting guests. We operate our safaris in a privately owned game conservancy in the Kalahari in Botswana. All safaris are specifically tailored to suit each guests needs.
- We are a family owned and run Safari Company which has a close relationship with the local San Bushmen community, a passion for the conservation of wildlife and ethical sustainable hunting. We pride ourselves on offering our clients excellent service and building strong friendships with all our guests. Ensuring that all our guests are happy and making your trip with us as memorable as possible is of the at most importance to us.
About this hunt
1x1 TAILOR-MADE SAFARI Botswana is a sparsely populated country with a relatively small population. Botswana is a peaceful country and is considered to be one of the safest in Africa. We operate on a large privately owned game ranch in the Kalahari which is 280km from Maun International Airport. Our hunting season is from March to October. We offer our guests excellent service in a relaxed, but attentive manner. We aim to provide all our guests with an unforgettable experience. We are committed to ethical sustainable hunting and ensuring that all our guests have a successful safari. Our safaris are family-friendly. Come experience fair chase, walk and stalk rifle hunting with expert San trackers. We also offer walk and stalk bow hunting. We have strategically placed blinds for bow hunters all over the property. Bird hunting is available @ $300 per person per week. We reserve the right to change any terms, conditions and prices without notice. Rates at the time of the hunt will apply.

Tholo Camp
The Camp has three spacious fully air-conditioned stone thatched cottages with en-suite bathrooms and three large Meru tents under thatched roofs with wooden doors and en-suite bathrooms. Each luxurious room is equipped with a mini-bar, coffee station, in-room safe, hair-dryer, fan and a private veranda with exquisite views of the serene waterhole. The camp has an eco-friendly swimming pool, on a raised platform, hidden between the trees which overlooks the hippo pool. Meals are served according to your request in the rustically furnished air-conditioned stone thatched dining room. Enjoy the camps open air lounge and bar area which is set on the edge of the hippo pool. At night you can experience the magnificent starry night skies of the Kalahari from around the camp fire.

Cancellation
- Cancellation Policy:
- 1. If the safari is cancelled 6 months or more prior to the safari date for any reason, the deposit is transferable to another safari for the following season/year or to where there is availability only. No deposits will be refunded.
- 2. If the safari is cancelled less than 6 months prior to the safari date for any reason, no deposits made by guest/agent are refunded. The deposit will be transferable to the following hunting season/year or to where there is availability only.
- 3. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking fees/safari fees shall be payable to the company in the event that a booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the commencement of the Safari for any reason, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client can reschedule for the following hunting season and the payment made will be honoured for the rescheduled safari, if there is availability (i.e. dates are available / hunting quota for the species is available)
- 4. All cancellations should be made in writing and will only be deemed effective upon acknowledgment of receipt by the company.

- Trophy fees unless included in a package.
- 14% Botswana government VAT on daily rates ($66-50 per day on hunter daily rate).
- Gratuities.
- Dipping & packing will be quoted by the shipper. Air freight of trophies to the final destination.
- Botswana gun import permits @ $150 per rifle.
- Ammunition is provided by the company.
- Hotel & travel costs before & after the safari.
- Extra activities & trips such as san cultural activities.
- Air charters to camps & back.
- Road transport to camp from Maun, Botswana (change every year /number of pax).
- Road transport to camp from Windhoek, Namibia.
- Specially requested imported alcoholic beverages.
Wounding
- Wounded animals must be paid for in full. The professional hunter and tracker decide if an animal is wounded or not based on evidence and professional opinion/experience. (All reasonable efforts will be made to find the wounded animal.)
