The territory includes: 12 thousand hectares of forest, 19 thousand hectares of field and about 14 thousand hectares of wetland. The composition of the land includes a part of the hydrological reserve «Yelnya» - the largest marsh in Europe. Since 2013, the farm started to operate first in the territory of CIS full farm breeding and selection of red deer. Reindeer herd presents luxury European bloodlines and is currently over 200 individuals. A wide range of services will not allow to miss the funs of active rest. The farm also has a bee-garden, with more than twenty bee colonies, which annually bring more than a ton of honey.

Thirty metres from the water there is a three-storey cosy cottage. The house has 8 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 14 people. The first floor has a comfortable living room designed in a hunting style. On the ground floor there is a Russian bath. At the territory of the farm, right on the water, there is another bathhouse which is equipped with an oven arbor.

Average hunting experience
The hotel and the equipment was impeccable.I have seen 76 moose, but between there was no medium bull either. Every day led to another professional hunter, very different qualities. The ruting time in 2016 was 1-16 september. The roe deer population is medium, but more likely then moose hunting.
I saw moose only hunt during the night. Without nightvision and thermalcameras can not achieve results. Overly bureaucratic country.
