Refund Policy

New and unused gear can be returned within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be in the original packaging with original tags and labels attached and they also need to be free from odors. There will be a 5% restocking fee that applies to refunds. Customers cover return shipping costs. 

Returns due to defects, damages, or incorrect items won’t be a subject to restocking or shipping fees. If a customer sends back an item that we deem not defective/damaged in shipping or incorrect, we reserve the right to charge return shipping and restocking fees. We don’t cover items that customers break due to improper handling or misuse. 

All returns undergo inspection. Refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method after receipt. 

Certain items are non-returnable, including (but not limited to) food products, oversized items, used mouth calls, treestands, and blinds. If scopes or other items have been mounted, they would be subject to a restocking fee.
