Note that this is a draw hunt and you must contact us to apply in the draw by March of 2025. Draw odds are around 40% in the outfitter draw. I would say that your average buck that you can harvest here would be in 130-150 class range with a chance at possibly bigger 160-170! We have taken out a 171 and 180 buck in past years. Terrain is all sand hills so pretty much like walking on a beach all day, most of the hunting is spot and stalk and this is a walking hunt and although there is nothing real steep or mountainous do expect to cover up to 5 miles or more a day. Most times we have been out we have seen up to 8 bucks a day. If hunting Mule Deer in NM is on your list this might be the hunt for you! This is a fun hunt with lots of deer activity. This is a just guided 5-day hunt, you are required to provide food and lodging for yourself. Deer hunts are usually 1st week and 3rd week of November. This hunt is for 1 hunter, however we can apply up to 4 people in the draw on one application and we can do 2x1 pricing.
