Аннуляции

• A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your hunt dates.
• In the event of the client being unsuccessful in the draw, the client has three options with the deposit money.
• Client can have deposit money refunded in full within 60 days after the license draw results have been posted by the Wyoming Game & Fish Department for booked species.
• Client may apply deposit into another available hunt for current hunting season, if one is available.
• Client can have us hold deposit to secure available hunt for the following season.
• If combination hunt is booked, there will be no deposit refund given until all booked species draw results are posted by the Wyoming Game & Fish Department. After all draw results are posted and the client is unsuccessful in drawing any tag, a refund can be returned to the client within 60 days of the last posted draw result. If only one species is drawn, the deposit for the species that the client was unsuccessful in drawing is applied towards the total outfitted hunt price for the species the client was successful in drawing.
• The final balance is due within 30 days of the client’s hunt start date.
• Initial deposit and any payments made after license is drawn, are non-refundable unless:
• Hunt is cancelled by the outfitter.
• Wyoming Game & Fish Department shuts down the hunt prior to the hunt start date.
• In the case of death of the licensee, which must be supported by a copy of respective death certificate.
• In the case of death of licensee’s spouse, parents, grandparents, lineal descendants and their spouses, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, within 14 days of the hunt start date. Licensee must submit respective death certificate.
• In the case of incapacitating illness or injury of the licensee, supported by a physician’s notarized sworn statement.
• Military personnel who receives deployment papers. Must be supported by a copy of official military orders.

Ранение животного

• In the event an animal is wounded, every effort will be made to recover the animal. If your animal is not recovered, your license will be considered filled. Your hunt for that species will be concluded.
