- If the hunting safari is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
- • More than 6 months prior to arrival, 90% of the deposit is refunded.
- • 6 months to 3 months prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- • 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit is refunded.
- • Less than 1 month prior to arrival, no refund.
- Hunts can be rescheduled to within a period of 2 years after the initial commencement of the hunt at no extra fee or forfeit of deposit. New price list rates may apply.

- All animals wounded and not recovered must be paid in full as per the price list rate. All efforts will be made to successfully recover any animal hunted.
