About this hunt
Experience the ultimate adventure in the heart of the Rocky Mountains with our elk hunts on a pristine private ranch located near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This exclusive hunting expedition offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Colorado wilderness while pursuing one of North America's most majestic big game animals. Rifle hunting elk during the 3rd rifle season is an action packed where you will see lots of elk as they start to congregate into bigger herds. We have several different methods we use to try and get on the elk. Depending on the hunters abilities we use spot and stalk or we have several blinds setup on major travel corridors. The above price is for one hunter, our party size is 1-3 hunters for 3rd rifle. We also offer add-ons on mule deer and fly fishing.
