- The company of Mehmet Karataş, Hunting and guiding has been a family traditions panning many generations. From a very young age I had deep love for the outdoors, wildlife and the mountains of Turkey.
- I have hunted and guided extensively throughout many areas in Turkey for a wide range of mountain species. I have very good hunting experiences in Turkey over 25 years and held the coveted position of head guide.
- Throughout my travels I have gained much knowledge on regions and habitats of some of the most sought after game species. Anatolian Bezoar Ibex and Wild boar, Anatolian Roe Deer, Anatolian Red Deer, Anatolian Chamois, Anatolian Mountain Gazelle, Anatolian Hybrid Bezoar Ibex, Anatolian Konya Sheep Species.
- Wine operator hunts in Turkey. I have built strong relation ships over the years with both government departments and wildlife agencies. Having a large network of connections has enabled us to operate in some of the most unique hunting destinations of Turkey.
- I have been involved in the harvesting by clients of multiple World Records of various species, however I do place an emphasis on tailoring each hunt to every individual needs. Records Are Important To Some, but I feel a complete hunting experience is our priority to insure each and every client has a hunt of a lifetime.

About this hunt
We organize driven hunts in mountain hunting areas. These areas are covered with pine and oak forests. Minimum 10 or 16 hunters are required for successful driven hunts. Hunting period for driven hunt is from early September to March. For this method of hunting we organize 20 beaters and around 6 hounds for harmonious drives. Each hunting day up to the weather conditions we make between 3 or 4 different drives. We advise to our hunting guests 5 days driven hunting for successful results. In each drive of the day our professional guides will settle hunter guests near to the passing points of the wildboars. In Turkey it is very possible to hunt big tuskers with this driven hunting method. By driven hunts most of our hunter guests have been hunted Tuskers up to 31 cm.
