Our company was established in 2002 and operates in 5 territories.
- We personally plan, organize, conduct and guide hunts in Southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique) for the Big Five, plains game, hunting packages, bird hunts and photographic safaris.
- Willie implicitly believe in modern day conservation principles and is of opinion that conservation, in conjunction with sustainable utilization based on fair, ethical private business principles, where everybody involved must benefit from such effort, will ensure ecologically intact “pockets of wildlife” in the Africa of the future.

The package includes 5 days/6 nights – best time of the year is April & May annually 3 x days Dove/Pigeon shoot 1 x Springbuck common 1 x Blesbuck common Pick 1 of: Blue wildebeest OR Black wildebeest The hunt takes place in Free State, 3 hours south of Johannesburg Intl airport. $ 2 850 per person (excluding shotgun ammo)

When conducting Bird hunts I utilize a variety of mainly 3 different areas within the Free State province, which in total have a combined total surface area of approximately 73 000 acres which is situated in the north east, central and north western parts within agricultural and farm stock areas and low fenced.

Airport transfer will be arranged for the client. Port of entry Johannesburg International airport. Road transfer +_ 1.5 hour to first destination, thereafter +-3 hour road transfer between destinations.

- All necessary entrance fees, hunter fees, trespassing or concession area fees where applicable and provincial government hunting licenses as needed.
Cancellation
- Deposits are non refundable and will be forfeited if the dates cannot be rebooked. By negotiation dates can be transferred to another person or the hunt postponed and/or carried over to the next season or a mutually agreed upon postponed date.
- All prices are subject to change. Due to continuous fluctuations in international exchange rates and the price of crude oil, we retain the right to adapt prices in correlation with this.
- No refund of fees will be made if client does not complete the safari and leaves before end of the contracted period or in the case of late arrival.
- Balance of the outstanding daily rate per person payable on commencement of safari.
- All payments to be made in cash, traveler cheque, bank guaranteed cheques or international wire transfer. Personal cheques not accepted. All cancellations to be by written notification. Receipt of deposit is an acknowledgement that the client read and accepted cancellation/refund/responsibility clauses.
- Trophy meat remains property of company/landowner/concessionaire or permit holders.
- All clients will be provided with and expected to agree to and sign a legally binding Contract when booking and an Indemnity prior to start of safari.

- Gun permits
- International, domestic and connecting flights airfare as well as air charters, if needed.
- Accommodations prior to and after your hunt/shoot/safari.
- Any liquor beverages, for example: bourbon, whisky, cognac, vodka, liqueurs etc. You are welcome to bring along your own brand/preference.
- Disinfecting, treatment, mounting, packing, exportation/importation, shipping, brokerage and administration fees of taxidermist, exporting/importing agent fees.
- Rental of any firearms or purchase of ammunition, if needed. (enquire as to what calibers of hunting rifles are available)
- Shotgun ammo. Box of 12GA shells at US $ 14 per box of 25.
- Any gratuities or tips as per your discretion, not compulsory.
- Any insurance.(We recommend you check that all necessary insurances regarding international travel, personal, cancellation, trophies collected, etc. are in place)
- Internet facilities, where/when applicable.
