More about us
Our company was established in 1998 and operates in 1 territory.
- Being a sixth generation South African rancher who started hunting at a young age, having been introduced to it by my grandfather. Lodges
We have our main lodge to accomodate guests, though we use different lodge during our safaris. This beautiful wildlife ranch lies just to the east of the historical town of Graaff-Reinet, in the heart of Eastern Cape's Great Karoo. Guests are accommodated in three Cape Dutch houses that lie cupped in the palm of the Sneeuberg Mountain range. Once home to generations of settlers, these magnificent homesteads have been sensitively converted into havens of five star luxury. Great hunt in the Eastern Cape
Russ is an honest, hard working outfitter that does his best to make the hunt successful. He has access to plenty of properties that allow him to hunt everything available in the Eastern Cape. I'm looking forward to hunting with Russ again on his Mozambique concession.
International airline travel always getting more complicated.
Boddington on Russell Lovemore
Great guy, excellent PH, wonderful family. Access to numerous concessions in close proximity, thus able to offer a full range of Eastern Cape species without undue travel. Superb outfit, excellent value!
4 out of 5 trips to Africa have been with Safari Trails
They have been in business for years. The quality of the game, food and accommodations are always great. The staff is top notch. I highly recommend.
