Our goal is for you to have a good time with honest hard working people who know the country and will work hard to get you that trophy. We hunt for everything here in NM and have some of the best accommodations in the areas we hunt. Note that this hunt requires you to draw a tag and you must contact us to apply by March 2025. Our Barbary Sheep hunts are conducted in Southeastern NM in Units 29/30 and as well a the Mc Gregor range hunt in 28. Known also as poor mans sheep hunt don't be fooled as they are just as tough to hunt as any other sheep out there. Be prepared for steep rocky climbs, long shots, and tons of glassing. But don't get discouraged as these animals make great trophies and are addicting to hunt. For public land the average size is going to be 22-27 inches but there is always a chance at that 28+ incher! There are several draw hunt dates, starting Dec 4-Feb 20th. You get 3 choices in the draw so we will help choose the best dates that work for you. These hunts are semi outfitted, you are just required to bring the food during the hunt for you and your guide. Hunts are 5 days 1x1, note we can do a 2x1 if you want to apply with a buddy.

Great operation!
Justin was super knowledgeable about the area he operates and there were turkeys everywhere he said to look. It was tough hunting with henned up birds and high winds, but the birds are there and we heard gobbles every day and I had an opportunity and my partner connected. Food and accommodations were top notch! Highly recommend Justin and NM Arrowhead outfitters

This is a public land hunt, and the weekend dates has a lot of hunting pressure.
