• Provide transportation to and from designated hunting area and transportation of salvaged meat to local processor and/or local taxidermist.
•  Transportation to and from Medford, Oregon airport if you arriving via air.
•  Game handling (gutting, skinning, caping, quartering) in the field unless otherwise
• requested by the client.
•  1 Guide per 2 hunters.

• Gratuities
• Gun rental
• Trophy measurement
• Hunting license
• Personal hunting gear such as toiletries, pack, safety equipment, binos, licensing, hunter’s
• orange, etc.
•  Weapon and ammunition that are in coordinanace with the ODFW Hunting Regulations.
•  Lodging & Meals
•  Taxidermy Fees
•  Game Processing Fees
•  Trophy Fees
•  License, Draw, and Tag Fees
•  Shipping of meat and trophies.

Cancellation

• A 50% non-refundable deposit per hunter represents a reservation of space that is
• unavailable to other hunters. A $1000 deposit per hunter is due for future bookings beyond one
• year. No refunds are allowed AFTER you have successfully drawn for a license/tag. There shall
• be no refund or prorating due to inclement weather nor if for any other reason beyond the
• control of HFGS, or if the hunter shall be denied hunting opportunity
• due to unsafe reasons before or during the hunt. If a sportsman is unwilling the abide by all
• terms of this agreement and rules, then at sole discretion of HFGS,
• the hunter shall be asked to leave and the hunt cancelled with no refund. HFGS is not responsible for changes in license fees, hunt dates, or any other changes made
• by the Oregon Fish and Game Department while you are participating in your hunt. ALL
• PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS.

Wounding

• We will make every effort to locate your wounded animal. It will be the guide’s decision when your hunt will resume.
